PLATEAU STATE LGC ELECTIONS: JCDA PRESIDENT, HON. ISYAKU INUWA, URGES MEMBERS AND PLATEAU PEOPLE TO COME OUT AND EXERCISE THEIR CIVIC DUTIES

The President of the Caretaker Committee, Jasawa Community Development Association (JCDA), Hon. Isyaku Inuwa Dananacha, has urged eligible voters, especially, members of the Association to come out en masse and exercise their civic duties in the Plateau State Local Government elections coming up tomorrow.

Hon. Isyaku in a press release he personally signed, dated 8th October 2024, made available to REALITY, also urged the electorates in Plateau State to vote reliable, competent, and honest leaders into the Local Government Councils (LGCs), while emphasizing on the importance of Local Government Autonomy.

Hon. Isyaku urges, “PLASIEC to ensure timely distribution of election materials and security operatives to maintain peace, while applauding Governor Caleb Mutfwang.

As Plateau State prepares for local government polls tomorrow, Hon. Isyaku Inuwa Dananacha, President of the Caretaker Committee, Jasawa Community Development Association, urges eligible voters to exercise their civic duty.

He emphasizes that the importance of local government elections is now more crucial with autonomy in place, allowing grassroots communities to directly benefit from democracy.

Dananacha, calls for the election of reliable, competent, and honest leaders.

 Commending Governor Caleb Muftwang's commitment to free and fair elections, Hon. Isyaku Dananacha, advised voters to remain resolute, peaceful and orderly.
