Being dissatisfied with the outcome, REALITY learnt that, the PDP and its candidate have already filed their petition before a recently constituted Tribunal Panel, challenging the outcome of the Senatorial election.

The Panel is expected to have its inaugural sitting anytime the parties in the petition have finished exchanging legal processes on the matter.

A peep into the petition indicates that, the PDP and its candidate are claiming that, the election was not properly conducted and rigged.

The petitioners are also claiming that, the nomination of Sen. Nora Dadu’ut the INEC declared winner of the election was faulty and that she was not legally sponsored according to law.

According to the petitioners, the form of Sen. Nora was signed by a Caretaker Chairman not known to Law or the All Progressives Congress’ constitution.
