The hearing of the case, PLD/J1178C/1920, between the State and Ruya Auta, over the extrajudicial killing of late Rinji Peter Bala, at the Plateau State High Court, was stalled today, as the Court could not sit because of the reported poor health of the presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Mang of High Court 2.
The matter has been adjourned to 2nd and 18th February, 2021, a clear two days for hearing.
You would recall that, late Rinji Peter Bala, a 300 level student of University of Jos was killed last year by, a Military personnel, attached to the Special Task Force (STF) operating in Plateau State.
