By: Valentine Adese (JP) and Musa Gabriel,

There are strong indications that, the illegal Caretaker Committee members led by Hon. Nandom Exodus, may have started being on the run, as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National office alerts the security operatives in Plateau State of their imposture status and illegalities.

Also, the National body of the PDP through the office of its, National Organizing Secretary, Col Austin Akobundu (rtd) has written a letter to Hon. Gwott Yakubu Chocho, the Chairman of its recognized Caretaker Committee in its Plateau State chapter, remind him and his members of their appointments, while copying the security outfits operating in the state.

In order to stop their alleged menace in the chapter, the National Organizing Secretary, Col Austin Akobundu (rtd) has reproduced the appointment letters issued to Hon. Gwott Yakubu Chocho and his Committee members in a single letter, dated Wednesday, 6th May, 2020, and has copied, H.E. PRINCE UCHE SECONDUS, the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), RT. HON. THEOPHILUS DAKA SHAN, the National Vice-Chairman (North-Central Zone), the RESIDENT ELECTORAL COMMISSIONER, of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), PLATEAU State Chapter, the COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, PLATEAU State Command, the STATE DIRECTOR, State Security Services (SSS), the COMMANDANT Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) PLATEAU State, among other security agencies operating in Plateau State, while congratulating the Hon. Chocho led Committee.

REALITY just gathered that, the Security agencies in the State have already started trailing the alleged illegal and self-appointed Caretaker Committee (popularly referred to as the Gen Useni faction) led by Hon. Nandom Pyennap, for immediate arrest and prosecution.

This according to the information just reaching REALITY News desk, is a follow up in relation to the correspondence from the PDP National Secretariat.

The implications of this correspondence according to a top Police Chief, “Is for the security agencies, to arrest anyone still parading himself, as one, whether through publications on social media platforms, mainstream media or by any action that may constitute threat to public peace and order in the state.”

Rumors however, in Jos holds that, the Nandom’s Committee and its members (Useni faction) have since gone into hiding to avoid any public embarrassment, especially now that, the National office’s letter has been issued directly to each head of the security agency operating in the state.
