Mr. Yakubu Dati, the Commissioner of Information and Communication Plateau State, who is one of the parents of Kelly and Jessy, who got wedded yesterday, Saturday, the 20th of April, 2019 has continued to send “Thank You Messages” to invitees and non-invitees, appreciating them for honouring and witnessing the solemnization ceremony.
You would recall that, the wedding of Mr. Yakubu Dati’s Son was solemnized in Jos, the Plateau State capital.
The wedding of Kelly and Jessy, which took Plateau at Plateau State Government House Chapel in Rayfield, Jos, was witnessed by a huge crowd and officiated by a legion of Men of God.
Leading the Officiating Ministers was Rev. Stephen Panya Baba, (ECWA President).
Other Ministers include, Rev. Dr. John Aina (ECWA Vice President), Rev. Yunusa Sabo Nmadu Jr. (ECWA General Secretary), Rev. Ayuba Asheshe (Senior Pastor ECWA Unity Church Rayfield, Jos), Rev. Stephen Bahago (ECWA Unity Church, Jos), Rev. Fr. David Ajang (Chaplain, Govt. House Chapel) and Rev. Dr. Wole Ogunmola.
Mr. Dati, who was hand in hand with his Wife at the Church, gave his formal consent to the wedding, at about 11.15am, as he signed the Wedding Register in front of his Son and his Bride.
In his “Thank You Message”, Mr. Dati heartedly stated that, words alone cannot quantify his appreciation.
The message in part reads, “Sir/Madam, words alone cannot quantify my deep appreciation for honouring us at our Son’s wedding. May the lord bless and replenish your labour of love in Jesus name. Regards! Datis.”
You would also recall that REALITY had earlier reported that, at the commencement of the wedding, Kelly and Jessy, were ushered into the Church, alongside the Best Men, Malah Englama and Oludayo Odumosun and the Chief Bride’s Maid, Hauwa Salihu and that Dignitaries and State Government functionaries, who also witnessed the solemnization include, the Deputy Governor of the State, Prof. Sunni Tyoden and his wife, the Chief of Staff to Governor Simon Bako Lalong, among other State Commissioners.
