Gen. Jonathan Temlong, the gubernatorial candidate of ADP has taken his door to door campaign to the heart of Shendam in Shendam Local Government Area (LGA) of Plateau state, with more promises of how he wants Plateau to look like during his tenure as governor.

GEN. TEMLONG ON HIS FEET

At the Shendam Township stadium, Gen. Temlong, while rolling out his plans for the state if elected as governor, said he plans to turn the land of Shendam and Plateau at large into a green valley that would be meanful to the citizens.

THE STADIUM

To do this, the ADP gubernatorial candidate said he would provide development to Shendam and the State, through providing needed infrastructure.

Adding that, “I will provide security today in order to give a future for our children. I will improve digitalization of operations and make it accessible for the citizens of the state. I want my administration to be transparent”.

TEMLONG AT THE LONG GAMAI’S PALACE

Gen. Temlong, after the stadium interaction with the people of Shendam, visited the Long-Gamai of Shendam to seek for the blessings of the Royal Father and his support.

At the Palace, Gen. Temlong and members of the ADP, promised the Royal Father that they would provide security and sustainable peace for the people.

THE CROWD

Gen. Temlong emphasized that one of his major agenda is to provide good governance for the citizens and also create a sense of belonging among citizens, by breaking the bearers that put them apart.

HRH. Miskoom Martin Mudu’utrie Shaldas III, the Long-Gamai of Shendam, while reacting, disclosed that Gen. Temlong and himself have established a long time relationship.

He however advised the candidate, the party and their supporters to conduct peacefully in order for the state to experience a peaceful election on Saturday.

He prayed for Gen. Temlong , adding that “God would make you pass your success to the next generation”.

Other areas visited were the, Long Thel of Tunkus’ Palace, HRH. Donald Puntel, President of Mikang Traditional Chiefdom and the District Office of Tunkusin Mikang LGA, where Gen. Temlong, promised to provide portable drinking water, electricity and improve the agriculture produce of the people.

Adding that 50% of his appointments would go to youths and women in his administration.
